Japanese auction

1) Registration Including Company registration number and payment of 3570CZK /3000 CZK for 3 months valid password+ VAT 19%/. Non-delegable to other person. In case of motorbike purchase for 100.000 CZK or more at auction – 3000 CZK fee is refundable. In case of misuse, Motoscoot reserves the right to block User´s account.
2) Customer selects motorbike at Japanese auction, fill into the form auction number, auction date and before auction even starts, it is necessary to receive payment 30% of starting price at Motoscoot bank account (in CZK). Customer determine the maximum price, he/she is willing to pay for this motorbike.
3) To place a firm order of motorbike /motorbikes at least 1 day before auction starts by 15 p.m. (CET). Japanese = CET + 9 hours
4) After the auction customer receives the report on the result of auction in 48 hours.
- in case of succesful purchase: to arrange money transfer to Motoscoot bank account of the remaining 70% in CZK of end price by 5 days.
- failure of purchase at auction: customer receives the advance money back to his/her bank account or can reserve the money for another purchase at auction.
5) Please, mind the marks /rank/ of motorbike given by independent expert. The higher mark, the better condition of motorbike. 3 and 4 signify good condition of motorbike. 0 signify, that motorbike has not been checked yet, anyway shall be placed at auction. Mark is given usually one or two days before the auction begins.
6) Shipping from Japan to bonded store in Czech Republic takes approximately 2 months.
7) 2 months is the time to expect the motorbike to be available in Czech Republic.
8) Customer shall pay the rest of the price + customs duty 6%, VAT 19%, shipping costs and commision at the time of item delivery.
9) Registration of motorbike
- Customer by himself/herself on his own expense.
- Motoscoot can arrange the registration and all legal steps on behalf of customer for extra fee.

American auction

1) Registration free
Payment in CZK or USD / due to current exchange rate.
2) Choice of motorbike
3) Customer shall contact Motoscoot when motorbike won at auction.
4) Customer shall pay 30% of end price of won motorbike to Motoscoot bank acount in 5 days.
5) Remaining 70% of end price shall be received at Motoscoot bank account before the shipping from U.S.A. begins.
Customer receives the notice on payment
In case of delay, customer shall pay the contractual penalty for storage of motorbike.
6) Customer shall receive report on delivery of Motorbike to Czech Republic. When motorbike available in Cz.Rep., Customer shall collect motorbike and pay the customs duty, VAT, shipping and commission.
- Customer by himself/herself on his own expense.
- Motoscoot shall arrange the registration and all legal steps on behalf of customer for extra fee.

Czech e-sale auction

1) Registration free
2) Motoscoot shall contact the customer who won the motorbike at auction by notification.
3) Customer shall pay the price of motorbike at the time of delivery and in CZK.

Nonactive price = starting price of motorbike, it is not possible to purchase motorbike for this price. Nonactive price turns to active by placing a bid. No person shall appear, only the amount of bids.
Active price = from this price it is possible to purchase/won motorbike at auction. The last auctioneer in Active price is the winner.

Note: American auction site has the right to withdraw any motorbike from the auction without any reason. It can cause that even a won motorbike would not be possible to purchase. In this case the advance money shall be transfer back to customer bank account.
