For Japanese and U.S.A. auction it is essential to arrange advance money - 30 per cent of the starting price BEFORE THE AUCTION BEGINS. It is obvious that the only warranty for motorbikes from U.S.A. or Japan can be related to the condition of motorbike and provided photos and description. However, there is huge advantage that all motorbikes are checked by independent experts and mechanics who have no relation to the auction itself or to the sellers. Motoscoot gives warranty to disparity between described condition, provided photos and real condition of motorbike. Other warranty is not given or provided. Motoscoot is only the mediator who arrange the sale and purchase. Motorbikes purchased at Czech e-Sale are under 2 years warranty [new motorbikes] and 6 months [used motorbikes] in accordance to Czech legislation.

Yes, there is one condition – only company or person with Trade Permit Certificate for Motor-vehicle trade is allowed to purchase motorbikes at Japanese auction. Even Japanese can not purchase motorbike at this auction without Trade Permit Certificate for trade with motor-vehicles.
